Atlas, the AI co-pilot
Ask.
Check.
Allow.
Atlas does the admin you ask for in plain English: rosters, timesheets, notes and reports. It shows every change before it makes it, and nothing is saved until you tap Allow.
14 days free. No card needed.
What you can ask
Questions in plain English. Answers from your own data.
“Which workers have a police check expiring this month?”
A list from your qualifications records, with each expiry date.
“Move Tom’s Thursday shift to 9am.”
Atlas shows the new time, checks for clashes and waits for Allow. The worker gets a notification.
“Show every shift last fortnight that ran 30 minutes over.”
Atlas builds the report on the spot, from rostered and clocked times.
“Draft a progress report for Tom for the last four weeks.”
A first draft from his shift notes and goals, ready for you to edit.
“Which notes from yesterday are still missing?”
The shifts without a note, and who worked them.
“Approve this fortnight’s timesheets that match the roster.”
Atlas lists what it will approve and what needs a person, then waits for Allow.
Safe by design
A co-pilot, not an autopilot.
- 01
It asks before it acts
Every change, from a roster to a timesheet, is shown first with who, when, hours and pay. Nothing is saved until someone taps Allow.
- 02
It sees what you can see
Atlas works with your role’s permissions, so a coordinator’s Atlas only sees their assigned participants.
- 03
Every action is logged
What Atlas changed, who allowed it and when, kept in the audit log.
- 04
Clear about where AI runs
TakeCareOS is hosted in Sydney. Atlas and other AI features are processed by Anthropic and Google.
More AI, already built in
The paperwork, half done for you.
Shift notes, summarised
Quick entries, typed or spoken, become a note linked to the participant’s NDIS goals.
Notes, reviewed
Each note can be checked against your own standards. A manager has the final say.
NDIS plans, read
Upload a plan and its overview and goals are pulled into the participant’s profile.
Paper forms, digital
Upload a PDF form and it becomes a digital form your workers fill in on their phone.
